    We can dismantle and remove any unwanted furniture from your site as part of the service. Simply speak to us in advance, and we’ll outline the available options to suit your needs.

  • Our installation team will ensure that access routes and lifts, if required, are properly protected during delivery to prevent any damage to your building.

  • All Whiteleys team members carry fully charged, battery operated hand tools and an extensive range of spares. Any specialist equipment that may be needed on site will be requested or agreed with you prior to the installation date.

  • If there are any parking requirements we need to be aware of — such as permits, nearby parking arrangements, security checks, or on-site access — please inform a member of our team in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

  • We’d appreciate it if you could let us know in advance if any items need to be taken upstairs and whether a suitable lift is available. This helps our installation team prepare accordingly and bring the right equipment.
